Between releases SQFT runs a nowcast off transaction flow, listing prices and the TCMB Konut Fiyat Endeksi revision pattern. It is an estimate and the interface says so on every screen. On release day the estimate is discarded and the published number settles every open ticket.
In lira the index triples. In USD it has gone sideways for four years. SQFT quotes the USD leg, which is the honest one.
ISTSQ settles to TCMB Konut Fiyat Endeksi, published monthly. SQFT never marks a settlement itself.
