Between releases SQFT runs a nowcast off transaction flow, listing prices and the INSEE / Notaires de France revision pattern. It is an estimate and the interface says so on every screen. On release day the estimate is discarded and the published number settles every open ticket.
The notaires publish an actual price per square metre, not an index. SQFT converts it and settles on the number.
PARSQ settles to INSEE / Notaires de France, published quarterly. SQFT never marks a settlement itself.
