Between releases SQFT runs a nowcast off transaction flow, listing prices and the NBP Baza Cen Nieruchomości revision pattern. It is an estimate and the interface says so on every screen. On release day the estimate is discarded and the published number settles every open ticket.
NBP publishes primary and secondary separately. SQFT settles on the blended transaction price.
WAWSQ settles to NBP Baza Cen Nieruchomości, published quarterly. SQFT never marks a settlement itself.
